Hi, I'm Sharon

I’m dedicated to supporting you as you navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Starting therapy is a courageous step towards embracing a more balanced and fulfilling life. My mission is to provide you with the insights and practical tools needed to heal relationships, manage overwhelm, overcome anxiety, and thrive through life’s changes.

I offer therapy through an integrated approach, combining evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of the unique experiences of women. 

I’ve been a licensed therapist in California since 2016 and Connecticut since 2023. My educational background includes a Master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University, where I focused on integrating personal growth with therapeutic practices.

I am a practicing Christian and I provide faith-based therapy to individuals and couples upon request and as appropriate.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the Bay Area with my fiancé and spending time with my cats, Ares and Athena. I look forward to working with you to create a path toward the well-being you deserve.​​​​

Schedule your free consultation

First, schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation call with me. We’ll talk about your current needs and preferences, including what you're facing and the therapy style that would best suit you. This will help ensure we’re a good fit and that I can support you effectively in reaching your goals.

Begin weekly therapy

You’ll embark on your path to healing with weekly sessions where we’ll collaborate to create a roadmap to relief. With my expert support, we’ll address and transform the challenges, behaviors, and beliefs holding you back, guiding you toward a healthier, more fulfilling, and peaceful life.

Complete Intake Paperwork

Next, you’ll receive an invitation to your secure online client portal. There, you'll complete detailed intake paperwork before your first session. This allows me to understand your background and needs better, so I can provide expert support from the very start.

Be all that you can be

Once you've made significant progress, you'll begin to enjoy life more fully, finding balance and embracing all that you can be. You'll integrate the skills and insights you've gained into your daily life, allowing you to thrive, achieve your personal goals, and experience a renewed sense of joy and fulfillment.
