I grew up in Southern California and received my MA from Azusa Pacific University in 2015. I have been licensed as a marriage and family therapist in California since 2018 (LMFT#108365).
My approach to therapy is driven by the understanding that human beings have evolved to thrive within the context of close relationships and is based on evidence-based methods that have been empirically proven to work.
When I'm not working, I love spending time enjoying the beautiful nature of the Bay Area.
